Follow up service, post construction is appalling. They constantly try to blame the customer for their own errors and so far to date, their repairs have been substandard and in some cases, worse than the original faulty work. Atrocious customer service.
Love their homes but the encounters with their draftsmen left us feeling like unwanted customers on noth meetigs and due to his lavk of passion interest and friendliness we have decided to owner build.
