Had to do 3 visits in one weekend and staff were all helpful and friendly. Big thanks to the young man who helped us collect all the pieces we needed to complete our kitchen build. Nice to go into a large retailer and find things as the stores are all set up reasonably the same.
Only one person serving. Long line of customers waiting. Staff walking past chatting not a care for the paying customers having their time wasted. Young guy with greasey hair serving looked like he couldn't be bothered being there. Worse customer service ever!
This place really deserves more stars bur I've had to penalize it because I've spent far too much money there over the past fortnight. I think I've been in there at least every second day, and during this time have spent hundreds if not …
