Great service. I ordered a fireplace grate and ashpan online. The item was pick up price due to the weight being over 32kg, but then the business offered me free local delivery. Very happy, thanks again.

She promptly checked for me, contacted the delivery drivers and responded within 10 minutes to let me know that we shouldn't have to worry, as the grate would be delivered separately. And sure enough, it was. Love that customer service.
