Patients beware - if you don’t have a broken bone, you will wait upwards of 4 hours to be properly seen. You will be asked why you’re there multiple times, just to be sent back to the waiting room, called in, sent back, rinse repeat. However, when they do finally listen and treat you, the nurses were lovely and caring.

I went in with pain in my left arm and tingling in my fingers. I was scared. I saw the triage nurse straight away and was told i'd be fast tracked as my BP was quite high. I sat in the waiting room for 7 hours whilst other patients were attended to before being taken to see a doctor. When I was finally seen, the doctor was dismissive and rushed the consultation.
I went to the emergency room with a deep cut on my hand. The staff were efficient and kind. I was seen quickly and received the necessary treatment. I appreciate the good care I received.
