My card wallet fell out of my pocket while getting an ultrasound (my bad I know) but lovely reception staff rang me to tell me they found it the next day. Reception staff were very kind when I first lost it too. This is a very busy place but they were very helpful and friendly - 5 stars ⭐️

The staff in reception and in the diagnostic rooms go out of their way to reassure patients, answer questions professionally and with courtesy, and explain procedures. The radiologists are respectful as well as experts in their field, Highly recommended.
