Fantastic location by the creek, with grassed sites and pebbled tracks to keep the dust down. Long drops are antiquated. Bird life is amazing with two Whistling Kites nesting nearby.

It’s a lovely grassy campground but you don’t get the feeling of the bungle bungles from the campground as you can’t see them! It’s also a 30-60 minute drive to be able to touch one!

The campground was beautiful, right next to the creek. The grassed sites were well-maintained and the pebbled tracks helped keep the dust down. The only downside was the old-fashioned long drop toilets. However, the abundant bird life, including two nesting Whistling Kites, made up for it.
