Don’t know how wearing hoodies and having an extremely messy bun that looks like someone’s just rolled out of bed is acceptable to come to work but that’s how one of your staff is dressed daily. Very unprofessional and untidy.
Wrong phone numbers connected to the business and the staff member I dealt with had no idea what she was doing as when I got home she had cancelled the lotto ticket I purchased....... Centre management couldn't contact them as the two numbers listed belong to other people
