The service at Volkswagen Gold Coast Service & Parts was disappointing. I booked an oil service online and requested an air filter replacement as well. However, when I went in, they only replaced the air filter and I had to come back the next day for the oil change. This wasted a lot of my time. I expected better from such a reputable company.
