The customer service at Bupa is terrible. After waiting on hold for 40 minutes, the representative was unhelpful and didn't resolve my issue. I will never use Bupa again.
I had a very poor experience with Bupa. The wait time to speak with someone was unbearable, and when I finally reached someone, they were rude and unhelpful. I will be switching to a different health insurance agency.
