The worst experience ever, stack for hours, twice due to "communication" problems the first time. The second time, they didn't know why we where stopped for an hour between Redfern and Central station. Waste of time and money, don't use the Sydney rail network.
I'm not sure what is going on with carriage next to D6101, but it makes these very scary noises from time to time, which makes it sound like it's crashed into something. If you want a jump scare, this carriage is for you???? …
I would like to compliment a staff member named Nick who was very helpful when I had visited Sydney without my Opal card. He was very kind and helped me organise another one

The staff at the customer service centre were rude and unhelpful. They didn't seem to know what they were doing and made the whole experience frustrating.
