Huge store seriously laid out. Spent 40 minutes browsing. Didn't have the style or colour shoe I wanted. Strangely no one approached to see if they could assist.
Bought some plants and it was too big, went to get change to smaller size, still had tags and in new condition. Told can't it because it has odour or smell it. I haven't worn it at all, got as gift and they didn't know my size. Got really upset and left without saying anything.
