I woke up on the steps of Tierney House after being chucked out of Hospital and don’t know how I got there. The staff treat you as a child and are rude. This is not how to recover from a triple bypass.

Spent two months at Tierney House in 2022 after breaking my ankle, and receiving treatment/surgery at St Vincent's Hospital. I was homeless at the time, so getting around on one foot on crutches and losing my independence was very difficult. The staff at Tierney House were incredibly helpful and supportive during this time. They provided me with a comfortable bed, nutritious meals, and assisted me with everyday tasks. They even helped me with my rehabilitation exercises. I am forever grateful for their kindness and care.
