Wanted to try the new Carolina burger, went there a week prior but they weren’t taking orders as they were too busy. We decided to try again, staff were pleasant but the burger wasn’t very nice both of our burgers had no bacon. It also seemed a bit run down a shame as we did used to like coming here.
i ordered menulog and I have ordered multiple times from hungury jacks before and they haven’t given me any of the desserts I’ve purchased. I ordered a burger meal and a storm and did not receive the storm. didn’t get any message or note saying sorry we ran out of ice cream.

The burger I ordered was not fresh and it tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. The staff was not attentive and seemed disinterested in their work. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
