Whilst searching online, Fire Brick Company came up with videos on YouTube, so I started watching them and was so impressed with the ovens they had to offer. Their customer service was amazing, always available via email or phone to answer any queries I had or provide advice during the build and was a big factor when choosing which brand to buy from. For someone with minimal DIY skills, the oven was quite easy to put together, with very clear and easy instructions. The oven itself is fantastic and we've cooked pizzas, roasts and breads and everything has turned out so good. I would highly recommend Fire Brick Company to anyone in the market for a woodfired oven.

I am very satisfied with my oven. Snooze fits 3 to 4 large pizzas. I've already baked bread and a pork joint with it, both of which turned out great. Delivering on everything they promised. The oven has excellent insulation, which means lower wood use. The oven's appearance is also really great.
