Had a horrible experience with a sales rep named Ryan. Bloke is argumentative, unreasonable, and thinks he has all the answers. 100% will never buy from Tyrolit again. He should not be in a sales rep role. Or any role for that matter. Horrible attitude.
same here mate we moved onto another supplier just because of Ryan. Bad reputation spreads real quick. We all talk to each other. The boys in the workshop know more then that "KPI overachiever"
