Buying here since 2009, 'til this year all was fine. Last 3 months 3 Glass/Pyrex pipes have fallen apart, literally.-Not dropped, or hit with a poker- they fully just disintegrated clean into two pieces! …
Absolutely hopeless. No call back, no reply to email finally got a hold of them only to be told it's not in stocks. $30 on express post to wait a week with no information and then told "not in stock". Better be 100% refund
Very helpfull staff!! Went in the other day yo buy something for a friend from the wearhouse in ACT, and the staff there really take their time with you and make you feel so welcome. Definitely, Definitely recommend! ???? …
