Had an absolutely wonderful experience here this morning posting a very expensive record. The lady who helped me went above and beyond what was expected. So refreshing to have such great customer service
I agree with those who have complimented the new staff/owners, it makes such a pleasant change to how it was operated previously. We shall now visit the Post Office/Newsagent versus avoiding it due to rudeness and unwelcome attitude of prior operators.
