Customer service is a bit hit and miss, have had good experiences but also bad.. last week I was using the self serve check out and had 3 items, I decided I didn't need one of the items and needed the lady to assist me to remove it from the total as it was in the trolley but she saw it and instead thought I wanted her to do everything for me which isn't the case I just needed her to remove 1 item from the total.
