I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service provided by Catherine Saliba. My experience with this agent has been nothing short of terrible, and I would strongly advise against using their services. From the very beginning, Catherine was unresponsive and unhelpful. She rarely returned my calls or emails, and when she did, she was rude and dismissive. I found her to be completely unprofessional and unreliable. Furthermore, she seemed to have no knowledge or understanding of the property market, and she provided me with inaccurate and misleading information. Overall, my experience with Catherine Saliba and Sydney Property Manager has been a complete disaster, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I had the misfortune of renting a property managed by Sydney Property Manager, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The property had numerous issues, including leaking pipes, faulty electrical wiring, and a broken heater. Despite numerous complaints, Sydney Property Manager did nothing to address these issues. When I finally decided to move out, they tried to charge me for damages that were already present when I moved in. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and unwilling to take responsibility for their actions. I wish I had never rented from them.
