Kelly is an asset to your company. She was very helpful on the phone this morning, and also called me back when the phone dropped out. Not many staff members in most organisations would bother to do this. Give her a raise
Would not even give them 1 star - I was charged $2800 for "assessment" fees, which all they did was contact creditors to say they were acting on my behalf. Then weeks later conduct a phone interview regarding my budget and living expenses …
