Sydney Luggage reviews

Rude staff. I foolishly took a bag in for a repair, was bluntly told we don’t do that anymore buy a new one and was basically scoffed at. The bag is a very expensive piece by the way. If I do buy a new bag it won’t be from those people.

They no longer do repairs waste of time and they sell suitcases at full price.

Positives - good range of brands and product lines in stock. Prices are competitive. …

The staff at Sydney Luggage were extremely rude when I brought in my bag for repair. They told me they no longer do repairs and scoffed at me when I mentioned that my bag was expensive. I would not recommend buying from them.

I was disappointed to find out that Sydney Luggage no longer does repairs. I brought in my expensive bag expecting them to fix it, but they just told me to buy a new one. They sell suitcases at full price which is also not great. On a positive note, they do have a good range of brands and products available at competitive prices.

I had a bad experience at Sydney Luggage when I attempted to get my bag repaired. The staff was rude and unhelpful, telling me that they don't do repairs anymore and suggesting that I buy a new bag instead. I found this to be a waste of time and money. However, the store does have a good selection of brands and products.

The staff at Sydney Luggage were not helpful at all when I asked about getting my bag repaired. They told me they no longer offer repair services and suggested that I buy a new bag instead, which is not what I was expecting or hoping for. On the positive side, they have a good range of brands and product lines available.

I had a terrible experience at Sydney Luggage when I brought in my expensive bag for repair. The staff was rude and dismissive, telling me they don't do repairs anymore and making me feel foolish for even asking. If I do decide to buy a new bag, it definitely won't be from them.

I visited Sydney Luggage hoping to get my bag repaired, but was disappointed to learn that they no longer offer that service. They sell suitcases at full price, which was also a letdown. On the positive side, they have a good range of brands and products available.

I was disappointed to discover that Sydney Luggage no longer offers repair services. I brought in my expensive bag hoping for a fix, but was told to buy a new one instead. They sell suitcases at full price, which is not ideal either. On a positive note, they do have a good range of brands and product lines available.
