If I could give 0 stars, I would. Online from SA I purchased ballet, jazz and tap shoes for my daughter so it was a pricey order. I spoke with someone from the store over the phone regarding sizing and they assured me the sizes I ordered were correct. When they arrived they were all 2 full sizes too small! I tried to rectify the error with the still snarky employee who refused to give names and refused to take the shoes back despite being the one responsible for fucking it up! I would definitely not shop here again, save yourself a huge headache and never visit this store.
Went in to this store today to update my jazz shoes as my feet have changed a little prior to and after giving birth. The owner (Suzy) had an absolutely unsurpassed knowledge of dance shoes and how to protect and support the foot while dancing. She measured, fitted and walked me through the right ones for me. She even took the time to repair my old ones so I had them as a back up pair. So very impressed with the service and quality and will definitely be going back!
