Disappointing for my very first service of my new Kia. Great sale experience but the service really let this tarnish my overall experience. I’d travelled 90km to be abruptly told by the office receptionist that my 1st service was not at the scheduled time and I had to reschedule. This lack of communication and customer service was quite disappointing.
