The building is a bit run down. Good position across from the water view. My açai bowl was average in taste and proportions. I bought the large traditional bowl with a couple of extras for $21.00.

Service and food quality deteriorating. Now use poor quality (not the healthiest...but no doubt cheapest) soy for coffee. Vegan cheese and tomato toastie was flat as a pancake and very small bread. Been coming here for years but will now check out other places for a better experience.
