Brett guided us through the method, equipment, and probable outcome of the work very clearly. The price was fair (considering the scope of the work). We had tried a cheap option in the past and it showed. Brett however still managed to remove some old stains that the previous cleaner had told us were probably permanent. Brett even came back to clean a small patch we forgot to include initially with no additional charge. I will use Brett again.
