Jane at Confetti Balloon Boutique was a delight to work with and we had a great experience. She was able to offer advice and exceeded all our expectations. We had 6 Jumbo balloons (two of which were confetti) with tassels and they looked amazing! See photo attached. I would highly recommend this company for your next event!!
