The spa has a great atmosphere, really calming experience. I did my first whole body Cryotherapy there and was pretty nervous but Shaun talked me through the whole thing which helped! Also did the sauna and compression. Highly recommend everything I tried. Can’t wait to go back and try the other treatements ???? …
Just had my first experience at RLABS, the facility is pristine, the service was very professional, tried the Cryotherapy, Red Light Sauna & leg compression, feel great now, no muscle soreness & have had great sleep. Can highly recommend.
