Great work (custom made whales look amazing!) and great service! Ordered a few items and in the mix of the conversation got the LED colors mixed up, called Alex who said no problems he'll fix it for me. Looks like some of their emails got redirected to spam folder by Gmail so call them if you don't get an email reply!
The guys at Pacific Laser Arts did a phenomenal job for our daughter's Mary Poppins Returns birthday party! Super helpful, can do attitude, efficient and professional service. The result - see for yourself - TOP QUALITY work!!
Summary? Disappointing. Numerous calls and emails to get our product finally delivered and then it arrived damaged - and nothing since we notified them. Sorry but it has been a less than enjoyable experience with you and would not recommend you.
