I’m delighted by their service. I ordered balloons for my son’s birthday and in the store they inflated it as well. The staff is very kind and patient .

Waited more than thirty minutes to collect balloons while they (for some reason) helped customers who arrived after me. Friendly staff and great selection of stuff (though pricey) but given my experience it's hard to give a good review.

Dont use this company. We ordered some items for a Corporate event for Chinese New Year. The items never turned up and we have never received the money back. Nor do they bother to answer the phone so you cant chat to them about it. We …
