Terry the new manager has done great things to Oak Tree Hill. Staff are amazingly helpful. Great things on for residents.
Lovely surroundings, looks very homely. Gardens very well looked after. Lovely sized units. Everyone's happy there.
Unless you've been around aged care homes a bit, you would not have realised how amazingly patient the carers and staffs here are to the residents. They find humour in everything so to put smiles on everyone's faces, and that's not even in their paycheck.

The managers are very engaged and active with the residents. They take a real interest in each and every one of us. It's amazing.
