Foodland reviews
It's an independent supermarket servicing the needs of a smaller costal town population. (<2400 people). Expect prices to be dearer than metro and larger town prices. Store is well set out and large range of groceries.
Prices were higher than stores closer Adelaide on many items but the layout was good, not too cluttered. It handled the New Year's crowds fine and I didn't have to queue long at the checkout.
Staff good but management ???? Struggling with shortages as are other supermarkets. Needs some sort of shade on front windows to keep heat and glare off checkout staff and customers. Needed for years. Repair work too slow.

The staff at Foodland Supermarket are good, but the management seems to be struggling with shortages, as are other supermarkets. The store could benefit from having some shade on the front windows to keep the heat and glare off the checkout staff and customers. There have been calls for this improvement for years.
