The Mobile Dental staff who visited my 96yo mother in aged care were wonderful.....so patient, kind & understanding. It certainly helped that they were happy to see her in her own room so it didn't feel too strange for her. They took every care - couldn't be happier with the service.
Victoria did a great job on Mum's teeth . It's great to have someone like Victoria with all her qualifications and skills and demeanour working with older ( and any) patients. Mum enjoyed being cared for by Victoria and Mum feels much …

When I raised questions about their care for my elderly mother (who has advanced dementia) they failed to return phone calls, and finally denied that they had any record of my calls. They showed a complete lack of empathy and understanding towards the needs of vulnerable elderly patients. I would not recommend their services.
