I left a message and never heard back but then got an email out of the blue when they were in the area and they made all this effort to come and meet me and show me their warehouse. The warehouse is great - they have a wide range of embroidery supplies and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to find everything I needed and the prices were reasonable.
