The staff at the Public Health department were very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. I had a positive experience overall.
I had to wait a long time before I was seen by a doctor. The wait time was unacceptable and made me feel ignored. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not organized. I was disappointed with my experience at the Public Health department.
