Do NOT use this company. I needed retrospective building approval. They contacted me after I filled out an online form for businesses to quote for your job. Came out, viewed the job, took measurements and went away. I received the papers and it was a Planning Approval missing the Building approval for the specific job described on the form they sent me asking for the quote. Did not bother to say what they sent only one piece of paper. I emailed them to tell them what I needed and then they said they wanted more money to do the full approval. They did no follow through on their side and get the correct specific request asked for How can these companies actually expect people to pay money and do a job as advertised and then get the job completed or done correctly
