Not the best karaoke set up for western people, the portal for selecting songs didn’t have many English options. Good microphones though, and friendly staff.
Came here last night for a Hen's. The male staff at the counter was super helpful and managed to get us a room without a prior booking. Good atmosphere and comfortable room.
I would not recommend coming here. My wife organised karaoke for my birthday for 2 hours. In coming here you get free champagen on your birthday. The lady at the register had incorrectly charged us during happy hour and only charged for one hour. We explained and wanted to be billed for two hours, however she refused and said she cannot. I am very unconfortable and feel this situation could've handled differently.
