I purchased a brand new Spartan AirCurtain from these guys. The AirCurtain clearly states it can be switched on and off via a switch wired to the terminal block on the back of the unit. However, it doesn't work and I was told very bluntly by Philip, the representative, that there was nothing they could do about it. Very disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of customer service.
