I quickly called Kanga Coachlines in a panic and explained the situation. They were so understanding and helpful. They immediately arranged for another bus to come and pick us up within 20 minutes. Not only did they save the day, but they also upgraded us to a larger bus to fit our entire party comfortably. The driver was friendly and professional, and the whole experience turned out to be fantastic. Thank you, Kanga Coachlines, for making my wife's 40th birthday special!
