Excellent selection of outdoor gear on ground floor and upstairs. Friendly staff showed me just what I needed for updating gear for cross country skiing. I've also used their online buying service, again receiving personal, friendly & helpful emails when something was not available.
While I had to wait a while as I arrived in the middle of the after-work rush, as usual I received very good, very informative assistance. Their fitting of boots is first class. They have an excellent range of good quality gear.
Every time I visit Bogong, it’s a pleasant experience though I buy anything or not. Not ONE staff member is bad at their job! All lively, very professional, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Plus they have everything from entry level to high end for a lot of your outdoor hobbies. Great website too!

I was expecting nicer decor and ambiance for such a highly rated camping store. The overall experience was good but not outstanding.
Customer service could improve. The staff seemed a bit distracted and not very attentive to the customers' needs.
