The worst service ever by the Young up start that served me. Went in for 1 carton of xxx gold, was with my daughter and 2 year old grandson. Being the good samaritan I am I grabbed out my ID and my grandson from the trolley and showed the young up and start my ID (Seriously, kids are not allowed to drink!). The young up and start then asks me for my licence, which I had to fish out of the glove box of the car, whilst my daughter and grandson stood outside the sliding door unable to leave unless I handed them the grandson through the four foot open gap that was left. Eventually when I finally produced the licence, the young up and start was off with my licence for 10 minutes and 9 seconds, during which time I powered back down a horse and decided to open a wagon wheel. Ho hum at least we finally got to go to the till and endue the offer to take up the latest $10 for $1000 prepaid deal and been allowed to pay and leave. Nope, not this place, the NSW rules say, that the tills have to pack it for you and even if you ask can I please pack my own bags, again you are told no! What the actual FFS? This place is in the stone ages and sucks!!! NEVER GO HERE.
