Absolutely delicious food! My friend and I had the set menu and everything that was brought to our table was just divine. The Gildas of course are a must try. Heaven in a skewer!
I really enjoyed Gildas. We did the less expensive tasting menu at $89, and thought it was imaginative and well paced. Obviously with a tasting menu, you take a chance and hope that everything is amazing. If I came again, I would try the a la carte menu. Overall a good experience.
