Young lady with brunette hair knew the products well and was extremely helpful. She brightened up the whole cushion section. Great customer service and a wide range of products..
Helpful staff, well stocked compared to some smaller spotlights, convenient parking. Expect to walk out with more than you were intending to buy (fellow crafters know this feeling too well!)
I came all the way from kyabram to just have a look at what spotlight might have in store and the store did not disappoint. Plenty of sections to look at and the parking was super easy. Staff were hard to find tho when I needed help but the staff at the checkout was super friendly and helpful.
