Rang the store to book in MTB for a service. Told them what my concerns were. Had to retell my concerns when dropping the bike off. Told them I needed dropper seat fixed. First response that took me aback was “we can’t fix that”. …

Always happy to recommend my friends to this store when they start out on their cycling journey. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they have a wide range of bikes and accessories to choose from. The prices are competitive and the quality of the products is excellent. Overall, a great experience!

Overall, not a great experience.
