Had to buy a new system after the last one died after only 6 years of use and Stiebel Eltron weren’t interested in fixing it. Unfortunately there’s very little choice in 3 phase hot water so we’ll see how long this one lasts.
We recently needed a warranty on our hot water unit. Once we supplied paperwork the guys got it fixed within days.
