I love Gerringong but I had never visited this shop before. Well stocked clean and friendly. Great trade area downstairs. I left but subsequently needed some unexpected help - the customer service from the manager and staff before and after was outstanding.
The staff at Gerringong Hardware were amazing. After having losing a screw off my pram I popped in to buy a replacement. After helping me in the shop they came out to the carpark to help me install it onto my baby's pram. This was such a kind gesture and made my day.
