We used to love this. Has been good for at least 2 years then went off the rails. Wine is great but we were getting charged $200 and then wine was not arriving for 3 weeks! Unapologetic, just an email saying "sorry, we've had some delays and you will get it in a few weeks". Ridiculous. Have cancelled. Very poor.
I must be one of the lucky ones cause Vinomofo have been great to me. Any time I have had any issues I've gotten replies within a day, 2 at the most (weekend I think) and everything was taken care of promptly. Wines I have ordered have been great and on time. Highly recommend.
