The quality of the tumblers I received from Discount Supplies was very poor. I ordered a box of 20oz tumblers and every single one of them had defects. When I contacted the company for a refund, I was informed that no refunds were allowed for tumblers that have been sublimated on. This is not mentioned anywhere on their website or during the ordering process, and I feel like I was misled. I sent back the remaining tumblers for a refund, but I am still waiting to receive it. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience with Discount Supplies.
