I recently received a phone call about a forthcoming X'mas order of Dark Red European sourced wines but when my order arrived this week the box contained Australian Reds only. How has this happened? Not Happy
These guys are HOPELESS! I placed a $500 order a month ago and I still haven't received it. I can't even plan a holiday now as I don't know when the wine will turn up. It could be delivered and left to bake in 30c heat for a week and spoil …
Buy wine annually for my son’s Birthday. So easy for me and he and his wife love them. Excellent service that I will continue to use.
