Relatively clean with minimal smell, but I think this is mostly due to the fact its new, it doesn't seem like it is being regularly maintained. Two cubicles, both stocked with toilet paper. No syringe disposal was present. Soap and hand towels were available.
These facilities are very well done and very well maintained. Probably helps that they are on the same site as the Collector outdoor Gym and the Collector playing fields.
