Bryce damaged my piano pedal during a standard tuning. Without telling me he glued the pedal rod, charged me for the tuning and left. This 'repair' failed after a few bars of playing. After a bit of call dodging, I was able to get onto him and he agreed to return to attempt a proper repair. It has now been over a year and he has neither shown up nor called, and a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau has gone unanswered. I see that Bryce is now off the BBB site...the next formal complaint will be to our state's attorney general's office.
